The entire organization is thrilled to officially welcome Jaclyn (Jackie) Stoll to Homeless Solutions as its new President & CEO. Jackie’s warm personality and infectious laugh have already been a noticeable presence in our main office – as well as her commitment to HSI, evidenced by the way she has jumped right into her new role.

Ready to learn as much as she can from our staff, Board Members, volunteers, supporters, guests and community members, Jackie has tasked herself as being a ‘student of HSI’ for her first 30-90 days. With this knowledge she can then evaluate where best to focus based on the needs of the organization, while continuing to expand upon what she says is the tremendous job HSI has been doing to offer a comprehensive continuum of care to support our clients. “I want to listen more than I speak right now, and build a sense of trust,” says Jackie.

Jackie has spent most of her career in the non-profit sector, discovering in college at the University of Mt. Saint Vincent that she wanted to work in a field that was purpose-driven. She spent the last 14 years helping grow Project Hospitality in Staten Island, New York, most recently as its Executive Director. Managing a team of 400 employees and a budget exceeding $60 million, she has a proven track record as a leader in driving organizational strategy, fostering stakeholder relationships, advancing program visibility and raising philanthropic revenue.

When Jackie isn’t serving others through her work, she loves spending time with her family, including her teenage twins, who also “speak the language of having purpose” with their commitment to volunteerism. She also likes to unwind with a good book. We’re excited for Jackie’s energy and enthusiasm, and her willingness to embrace this new challenge with input and guidance from those around her as we move forward, Dream Big, and Build Bigger. Welcome, Jackie!
