INTRODUCING OUR INTERIM CEO, MARY LEBLANC!

Homeless Solutions is thrilled to officially introduce Mary LeBlanc as the organization’s interim CEO! Mary is a familiar friend to HSI staff, having been an active Board of Trustees member since 2016, also serving as Vice Chair between 2021-2023. While this means Mary has concluded her service on the Board, she will be providing valuable guidance and leadership in this executive capacity as we continue moving our mission forward.

Mary's experience as a corporate executive and operational leader and her commitment to Homeless Solutions’ mission, where she’s been a donor and volunteer for almost 30 years have made this an easy transition. Mary is a steady and structured leader whose vision and key priorities are clear for her tenure.

Mary’s years of service with HSI are proof of her dedication to the mission: "I am inspired every single day by the passion and commitment that this fabulous organization brings to their work.  Many people think that it is someone else's job to take care of those in our society that are less fortunate. This team carries that mission in their very hearts.  It is an honor to be of service in any way I can."

In addition to interim CEO, she is President and Principal Consultant for Bridger Val Associates LLC, specializing in C-level leadership development and strategic consulting services. She has held several board positions including the Advisory Board for the Easton Technology Management Center at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and Xybion Digital Inc. Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

If Mary isn’t hard at work, chances are she’s keeping active outside! As she says, “The outdoors makes my soul sing!” You can find her golfing, biking, swimming, walking or hiking and may tackle being a National Park Ranger next.
