Emily Legg

Emily joined Homeless Solutions in September 2016 as the Community Outreach Specialist, later moving into the role of Supportive Housing Division Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing HSI’s supportive housing programs for several years before moving out of state. Emily re-joined the Homeless Solutions team remotely in November 2022 as the Head of Program Impact & Data Quality, where she now leads agency impact initiatives, using data to help measure organizational impact, and inform programmatic decisions and service delivery that best meet the needs of those we serve. Emily has a BA in Health and Exercise Science from Messiah College, and an MPH (Master of Public Health) from Boston University. Emily has previous experience working in resource-limited settings, specifically in developing countries, conducting research and using data to inform policies that ensure equal access to health care. Emily is driven by her passion to ensure that all persons have access to essential health services, including safe, affordable housing.
