The Problem

Rent is high

Average rent for a 2-bedroom house in Morris County:

$1,400+/month

but..

Pay is low

To afford this, a family must earn:

$28/hour

The average New Jersey renter makes just over:

$18/hour

This gap is resulting in more homelessness and people struggling to afford a home.
